Water water everywhere, but not a drop...

The water we drank in the first 4 days...

Since tap water isn´t potable in Peru (even the locals say they don´t drink it), you either have to buy water or sterilize it somehow. After buying water for the first few days we decided to save our money and start using the Steripen, which sterilizes water by UV light. So far it has worked like a charm and we haven´t been sick. We´re keeping our fingers crossed. It´s also like a party in the water bottle, which is always a fun way to start the day!
